Corrections and Updates

Corrections and Updates

How visitors, official organizers, and brand teams can report outdated or incorrect event details.

1. What to send

Email contact@kspotnow.com with the official URL, event or offer name, date range, venue or branch, language, and the exact detail that looks outdated or incorrect.

2. Official-source checks

Corrections are checked against official APIs, government or tourism pages, brand pages, venue pages, ticketing pages, or verified artist and company notices before public pages are changed.

3. Fast-moving categories

Duty-free campaigns, OLIVE YOUNG promotions, department-store pop-ups, K-pop reservations, and ticketing notices receive shorter recheck windows because dates, eligibility, stock, and entry rules can change quickly.

4. Update labels

Public event pages show last-checked dates and freshness labels. When a correction changes visitor decisions, the page is updated with a new check date and the official source remains linked.

5. Editorial independence

Corrections, source suggestions, ads, sponsorships, and partnerships cannot buy placement or override source labels. We rewrite summaries in our own words and link visitors to the original source for final confirmation.

6. Image and takedown policy

Event thumbnails use official promotional images at reduced size with a source link, and K-pop listings use text-based source identity cards instead of artist photography. If you are a rights holder for an image, artist, or brand shown here, email contact@kspotnow.com with the page URL and your request: disputed images are taken down during review and removed or replaced within two business days.
