Editorial Policy

Editorial Policy

How K-Spot Now collects, reviews, translates, and publishes event information.

1. Source priority

Published listings must come from official APIs, official government or tourism pages, official brand pages, official venue pages, or verified official artist/company notices. Unofficial reposts are used only as discovery hints.

2. Automation and review

Official monitors collect candidate dates and keywords, but candidates are not auto-published. A human review step must confirm the date range, venue, eligibility, inventory or reservation rules, and source link before an event appears publicly.

3. K-pop and pop-up policy

K-pop pop-ups, fan events, ticketing notices, and merch stores can change quickly. We publish only official notices and keep fan-community or social reposts in a curation queue until an official source is confirmed.

4. Original summaries

Summaries, travel tips, weather notes, and route ideas are written for visitor planning. We do not copy full event pages, and every listing links back to the official source for the latest rules.

5. Ads and affiliate integrity

Advertising must not influence event inclusion, source labels, freshness dates, or safety notes. Visitors should always verify official details before purchasing, reserving, or changing travel plans.
